“See how adorable I am now that the post-operative edema has subsided. lol” was the exact caption for her tweet. She also added a laughing emoji to indicate that she was amused by the post.

It didn’t take long for admirers to respond to the new photo, and most of them were kind.

“Thank you for living your life on your own terms.” Another user commented, “Make a stance,” referencing her hit song “Vogue.” A third individual exclaimed, “I adore your sense of humor!” while another referred to her as “sexy.”

Some viewers immediately rushed to social media to express surprise that they could not recognize her. Madonna appeared to reply to the criticism and viewpoints with her post-Grammys message, which made headlines.

“Instead of focusing on what I said in my speech, which was about giving thanks for the courage of artists like Sam[Smith] and Kim [Petras]- Many people chose to only discuss Close-up photos of me taken with a long lens camera by a press photographer that would distort anyone’s face!!” she captioned an Instagram video on Feb. 7. In addition, she stated that she was “caught in the spotlight of ageism and misogyny that permeates our world.”

She said in the post,

“I have never apologized for any of my artistic decisions or how I look or dress, and I will not start now.” “From the beginning of my career, I have been humiliated by the media, but I recognize that this is a test, and I am pleased to blaze the route so that women who follow after me will have an easier time. According to Beyonce, “You will not crush my soul.”
