Oscar Isaac Talks About , Is Moon Knight Season 2 In The Works?

Oscar Isaac

Oscar Isaac recently hinted at the possibility of a second season of Moon Knight at New York Comic Con. Oscar Isaac’s performance on Moon Knight left viewers quite impressed, and they have been hoping for his comeback in the MCU once again ever since the first season of the show was published.

Although a second season of the program hasn’t been officially announced, Isaac seems to hint at it while discussing the character at his recent visit to the New York Comic Con.

Moon Knight episode 6’s ending introduced a third personality named Jake Lockley, suggesting that Moon Knight’s story would be continuing and possibly returning for Season 2.

However, while Moon Knight was initially marketed by Marvel as a limited series and the six-episode season avoided any tie-ins with the larger MCU, Moon Knight episode 6 did introduce a third personality named Jake Lockley. Even though the studios haven’t officially confirmed it, Oscar had a fascinating answer to provide when asked about it.

Not the last we’ve heard of, according to Oscar Isaac Lunar Knight

During his visit at Comic-Con, the actor teased in classic Marvel style as he stated, “Do you anticipate a Season 2? All I can say is that it is not the last time we will hear about the Moon Knight system “by way of Screen Rant.

While discussing the possibility of a Season 2 with Inverse, not just Isaac but also Moon Knight’s chief writer Jeremy Slater expressed a similar sentiment, saying that “[Moon Knight’s] tale is not done:”

Oscar’s Moon Knight might also show up in another project given that Marvel has made a number of its upcoming projects public. Given that the upcoming Blade, starring Mahershala Ali, also has supernatural overtones, many have speculated that Isaac’s superhero may appear in it.

The second season of Moon Knight is also quite likely, especially because the second season of Loki was unexpectedly announced after the first season’s initial denial.

In the first season of Moon Knight, Isaac played Marc Spector, a Dissociative Identity Disorder-afflicted mercenary who must cooperate with Layla (May Calamawy), the Egyptian god Khonshu (voiced by F. Murray Abraham), and his alter Steven Grant to stop the ascent of the Egyptian goddess Ammit (voiced by Saba Mubarak).
