The couple reportedly fought in March over whether or not their two children should be permitted to visit Ouleye’s family in Senegal.
Warnock was caught on tape telling the policeman that his wife had phoned the police and accused him of running over her foot when they were summoned to their house.
He said he didn’t think he ran over her foot because she was standing beside the car when he gently moved away.
