Masour Ousmane Dembélé was born to Fatimata and Ousmane Dembele Sr. in Vernon, Eure, Normandy, France.
Dembele has a mixed ancestry thanks to his Malian father and Mauritanian-Senegalese mother from Waly Diantang.
His parents immigrated to France from Mauritania in West Africa in search of a better life.
