On Saturday, July 1, 2023, at about 4:30 pm, Paul Labiner passed away. He was 68. His kid passed away unexpectedly, and his family and friends are in severe mourning.
Paul S. Labiner, the late Paul’s father, was born in Florida in 1955. Additionally, he lived in Florida’s Boca Raton his whole youth.
In 1976, Mr. Labiner graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics. He later attended in the same year at Cardozo School of Law.
In addition, Paul studied asset management and financial planning from 1991 to 1993 at The American College of Financial Services.
Paul began practicing law in September 1990 and joined Wealth Preservation Advisors, LLC. He was advising wealthy business owners and entrepreneurs at the time.
Not only that, but in October 1990, Labiner founded his legal practice, legal Office of Paul S. Labiner, P.A. He wanted to design a financial strategy for his customers that would shield them from creditors, tax authorities, and other dangers.
Cause of Paul Labiner’s Death: Brandon Labiner, an attorney, is accused of murder
Paul Labiner was brutally murdered by his lawyer son, Brandon Labiner. The inquiry records state that for the last few years, the father and son’s relationship was particularly tense.
Brandon is accused of stealing $500 000 from his mother Mindy’s bank account while he was still employed at his father’s legal practice. As a result, Mr. Brandon’s legal license was suspended and then revoked.
After the unfavorable outcome, Brandon was mourning the passing of his father. As a result, he decided to use a 9mm handgun to put an end to his life.
Around 4:30 on Saturday, July 1, 2023, the event took place in Paul’s parking garage at 5499 N. Federal Highway Ste K.
The jury found 34-year-old Brandon guilty of first-degree murder, and on Monday, July 3, 2023, a Florida judge sentenced him to life in prison.
