When Paul joined the Polish team Asseco Resovia Rzeszów in 2011, he started playing volleyball professionally. In 2012, 2013, and 2015, he captured three Polish Championships while playing for the same club. He left Asseco Resovia Rzeszów in May 2015.

In June 2015, he became a member of the German team Berlin Recycling Volleys. He participated in his first Olympics with the American national team in 2012. He participated in several championships alongside the national team, such as the NORCECA Championship (2009, 2011, 2013) and the FIVB World League.

Paul’s very first team was the Long Beach State 49ers. In 2004 he joined the team, and he left in 2008. He joined Plataneros de Corozal in 2008.

After that, he spent 2008–2009 with PAOK Thessaloniki V.C. and 2009–2010 with Stade Poitevin Poitiers.

Paul also played volleyball for the following teams: Blu Volley Verona (2010–2011), Asseco Resovia Rzeszów (2011–2015), Berlin Recycling Volleys (2015–2018), and Jakarta BNI Taplus.

Currently, he is associated with Calicut Heroes. He joined them in the year 2019.
