Penn Badgley, star of You, appeared on Late Night With Seth Meyers recently, where he discussed his hit Netflix show, among other things. He claimed to have become nauseated while filming the episode. According to Badgley,
“I’m not overly concerned with my procedure, but there have been a few occasions when I’ve felt queasy on the spur of the moment.”

Seth Meyers spoke with actor Penn Badgley about his experience filming the second season of Netflix’s You. According to Badgley,
“If you don’t finish a scene by the end of the day, you have to go back and do pick-ups, and I was in the middle of something else. ‘Yeah, we’re going to do pick-ups from the second or first episode for this sequence,’ I say. Yes, yes, yes.’ Then I had to put on this jumpsuit, and I thought to myself, ‘Oh, yeah.’ Then they completely splatter blood on me. I’m wearing goggles and just think, ‘Okay, okay.’
He continued, ”
“And then I walked into this room they’d set up to look like the one we were in, and it’s full of smoke and black, fake blood all over a table, and a table saw with meat on it,” she says.
During the interview, Badgley described his show character as a “likable serial murderer,” and he also discussed Goldberg’s popularity among show viewers, saying,
“That’s how we made him.”
