The oldest child of King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia and the putative heir to the Spanish throne is Leonor, Princess of Asturias. Leonor de Todos los Santos de Borbón y Ortiz is her full name.
In addition to her official title as Princess of Asturias, she also holds the historical titles of Princess of Girona, Princess of Viana, Duchess of Montblanc, Countess of Cervera, and Lady of Balaguer.
These ages-old titles were given to her by her ancestors. Leonor would be Spain’s first queen regnant since Isabella II, who ruled from 1833 to 1868, if she were to succeed in ascending to the throne.

The oldest child of Spanish monarchs Queen Letizia and King Felipe, Princess Leonor, displayed her second ear piercing over the weekend.
On Saturday, the day following the Princess of Asturias Awards event, the royal adolescent traveled to Cadavéu with her parents. She was wearing two earrings in her left ear.
The King, Queen, and Princess of Asturias presented Cadavéu with the “Exemplary People of Asturias Award 2022”. Leonor donned a pink sweater, cargo pants, and a ponytail for the event on October 29.
Leonor looked to have her second piercing on show when she and her family paid a visit to the CREADE Refugees facility in April. In 2022, Queen Letizia seemed to have a second piercing on her first engagement.
After noticing the piercing, CoutureAndRoyals tweeted, “Queen Letizia has pierced her left ear a second time!”. A little silver ball or diamond looks to be the new earring.
Princess Leonor is studying at UWC Atlantic College in Wales while on vacation till November 6. The Princess of Asturias returned to her family just before her birthday. The Spanish heir to the throne turned 17 on Monday, October 31.

Princess Leonor, the teenage heir to the Spanish monarchy, just returned from UWC Atlantic College in Wales with an enigmatic young man who royal experts claim is her boyfriend, perhaps confirming the rumors that she is in love.
Princess of Spain is reportedly “very much in love,” as revealed by royalty expert Pilar Eyre in the publication Lectura.
According to Eyre, the young guy is tall, older than the princess, and a year older in school.
The presumed lover of Leonor had previously been introduced to King Felipe, Queen Letizia, and her sister Sofia. He shared with other family members when he attended Paloma Rocasolano, the Queen’s mother, on her birthday.
