Quinn Redeker, who played Alex Marshall on Days of Our Lives, passed away on December 20th, at the age of 86.

“Quinn shot me on the set of NBC’s Days of Our Lives with main characters Gloria Loring (Liz) and LeAnn Hunley” (Anna). Quinn had a strong interest in photography. If you look above Gloria, you might notice Quinn wearing a white shirt. He played Alex Marshall on the soap and Rex Sterling on Young and Restless. Quinn also wrote the Oscar-winning screenplay The Deer Hunter.”

Redeker’s death was announced by his family, who stated that he died of natural causes. More details about his funeral will be released soon.

Quinn Redeker played Alex Marshall on Days of Our Lives, a popular NBC drama. The character was on the show from July 25, 1979, to July 23, 1987. Alex was a mysterious figure who was involved in a variety of illegal activities.

He was also accused of killing his brother Harley Marshall. He moved to Salem in July 1979 to work for Anderson Manufacturing, and the following year he married Mary.

Quinn Redeke also had a daughter, Jessica, who moved to Salem after Alex paid for her education. He eventually tried but failed, to reconcile with Mary, who had divorced him many years before. The character was arrested in June 1987 after attempting to burn down the Salem Inn in order to obtain insurance money.

He was imprisoned, but his fate was unknown. Days of Our Lives is one of the longest-running soap operas. It has aired 14,430 episodes since 1965.

Quinn has also appeared in The Three Stooges Meet Hercules, Spider Baby, Airport, The Christine Jorgensen Story, The Andromeda Strain, The Candidate, The Slams, The Midnight Man, Rollercoaster, and other films.
