Raine Finley, a music student in California, is most known for being the daughter of late actress Tawny Kitaen and her ex-husband, former California Angels player Chuck Finley, who was also a top softball player in high school.

Before that, from 1989 to 1991, Raine’s mother Chuck Kitaen was temporarily wed to Coverdale, the lead vocalist for the British heavy metal band Whitesnake.

The Death of Tawny Kitaene; Raine Finley Upon Her Mother’s Demise

On May 7, 2021, actress and model Tawny died dead. Kitaen was scheduled to appear on May 18, 2021, for a pretrial hearing, a few days before her death. It had to do with her arrest for DUI in Newport Beach on July 22, 2019.

When the police arrested her on October 22 of that year, they charged her with a misdemeanor. On the other hand, Kitaen entered a not-guilty plea and was set for a pretrial conference in May 2021.

However, the Malibu actress passed away before the hearing could happen. Following their mother’s passing, Raine and Wynter thanked supporters and paid homage to her memories. The two children of the California-born actress posted on their late mother’s Instagram:

The Orange County Coroner’s Office verified to Fox News that Chuck’s ex-wife passed away from dilated cardiomyopathy, a common form of heart illness, five months after Raine and Wynter’s mother Tawny passed away.

The autopsy determined that the death was natural. According to several sources, Tawny’s death was also likely caused by mild coronary atherosclerosis and the drugs hydrocodone, pregabalin, acetaminophen, alprazolam, mirtazapine, and mirtazapine metabolite.

Raine’s older sister expressed how relieved she was that her mother’s death was natural. Regarding Raine, she stated that the only thing Wynter and she worried about was their mother passing away quietly. Finley and her sister also remembered how, as children, boys would play “Here I Go Again” to remind them of their mother’s legendary reputation.

“My mom was so amazing,” remarked Raine. She went on to say that the Witchboard actor was a wonderful friend, sister, and artist.

Tawny Kitaen, Raine’s mother, Made An Appearance In The Series Botched

Raine’s late mother Tawny made an appearance in the fourth season finale of the E! Entertainment reality series Botched, where she asked Drs. Dubrow and Nassif for assistance after experiencing a difficult time with her breast implants.

When Kitaen went to see Drs. Dubrow and Nassif for her fourth season of surgery in 2017, requested that her breast implants be taken out.

She had undergone six breast augmentations and over $200,000 in breast augmentation procedures in the past.

Using Kitaen’s residual breast tissue, the physicians reconstructed her old breast implants after completing the necessary surgery. The physicians had to enhance Tawny’s blood flow by attaching medicinal leeches to her nipples during a post-op check.
