Randall Cronk, also known as Randy Cronk, was born in 1963. Cronk will be roughly 60 years old in 2023. Unfortunately, he has not shared much information about his parents.
In terms of education, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1986.

According to a bystander, they were enjoying a Journey tribute band in Franklin, Tennessee. The 68-year-old TV host appeared to be in good spirits as she danced with the Ohio native.
She was said to have snapped her fingers, danced, and giggled while listening to music at the Carnton Plantation. The bonding took place roughly 20 miles south of Gifford’s then-new Tennessee home.

What Happened When Kathie Lee Gifford Met Randy Cronk?
Randy Cronk and Kathie Lee Gifford’s relationship made headlines after Gifford left her career-defining post as TODAY show host in April 2018. She enrolled in the program in 2008.
Gifford allegedly met Cronk in the summer of 2019 after leaving Today and flying from New York to Nashville. Kathie Lee had relocated close Cronk’s home in Spring Hill, Nashville, after leaving Today.
Randy had appeared on the Daytime winner’s Instagram feed a few times before their appearances at the music event. In July 2019, he initially appeared on Kathie’s Instagram.

In addition to her admiration for him, the author/host described her relationship with Cronk as “healthy” and “challenging.” She also said he’s the smartest guy she’s ever met and that he’s amusing.
When asked if she was ready to date again after the death of her ex-NFL player Frank Gifford, the occasional actress replied,

For over 30 years, Randy’s now-girlfriend Kathie was the wife of former New York Giants halfback Frank Gifford. They had two children, Cody, a son, and Cassidy, both of whom are now adults.
Kathie had been married twice before her connection with Cronk. She was Paul Johnson’s wife from 1976 to 1983, and afterwards she was in a relationship with Frank Gifford. They dated from 1986 until the latter’s death in 2015.
Randall, like Kathie, had been married twice before. Although little is known about his first marriage. He was previously married to Lisa Ann Rippy and has two adult children, including Samantha Cronk.

Gifford made statements to Extra TV in September 2020 that seemed to imply she had split up with her purported partner, Randy.
She stated during the interview,
” I’m just looking for a guy with real teeth.” I’ve dated a little bit, but it hasn’t gone well.”
Though the former Insider journalist did not divulge the entire story, it understandably confused her supporters, who wondered if Randy was the man she was referring about.
After a year, the rumor was put to rest when a fresh twist in Randy-Gifford’s story appeared.
Cronk was given an ultimatum by Kathie to marry her.
Some reports began to emerge in September 2021, all claiming Cronk’s voice-over artist girlfriend is giving him an ultimatum to marry her ASAP or they’d better end their relationship for good.
Gifford has reportedly always been rather traditional when it comes to marriage. According to an insider, OK! Gifford
“is madly in love with Randy and is eager to take things to the next level.”
However, the source claimed that the mother of two is equally traditional and planned to live together until after the marriage.
How Much Money Does Randy Cronk Have?
Given that he is the president of a firm that has been in business for almost 40 years, he is most certainly a wealthy man. However, whether or not in the capacity of celebrities like his alleged girlfriend, Kathie, is a contentious issue.
