Texas rapper BFG Straap has died. The musician was involved in gunfire in South Dallas. Another victim who was also present at the scene of the crime was pronounced dead.
CBS reports that the incident occurred in the 2800 block of Casey Street. The rapper was taken to the hospital for treatment of gunshot wounds. His companion, Cory Media Lucien, age 26, was pronounced deceased on the scene.
The Manager, management of LD BFG Straap, reported the rapper’s death on social media. He posted a photo of the rapper on Instagram. She added the caption:
“My heart is in a million pieces right now!”
Also, she reposted tributes to the musician on her Instagram stories. She addressed her followers in another Instagram story:
“It’s not like me not to respond, but I will since I’m in too much pain at the moment.”
The Dallas Police Department encouraged nearby residents and witnesses to contact Homicide Detective Kim Mayfield at 214-671-3646 or via email at [email protected] with the case number 172681-2022.
BFG Strap’s crime scene footage becomes popular on social media.
The crime scene was captured by @DailyLoud on video. Police officers encircled the area. According to netizens, yellow tape was also used to block off the area. The tweet proclaimed:
Tragic news: Texas rapper BFG Strap was shot and killed in South Dallas.
“May you rest peacefully.”
A second disturbing video of the musician’s corpse is circulating on social media. The same applies to Twitter. Nonetheless, it should be mentioned that it contains terrifying videos.
Internet users were devastated to learn of his untimely death. Given his youth, many people expressed astonishment at his passing. Fans recalled his singing career and expressed condolences.
