Rhonda and Tina developed a strong working relationship and even became friends outside of work after years of collaboration. Tina was so close to Rhonda that she asked her to be her maid of honor when she married Erwin Bach in 2013.

Rhonda Graam Career and Education
Rhonda was hired as an assistant and eventually became Tina’s road manager from 1976 to 1983. Rhonda was officially named Tina’s personal assistant once Tina slowed down. Rhonda was one of the first white women to work as a road manager for a black group in the then-world, man’s contributing to the growth of the Chitlin Circuit.
Rhonda described herself as the group’s “jack of all trades,” as she “booked the shows, did all the travel arrangements, clocked the door, and did whatever had to be done.”
