Miller was born in New Orleans on August 10, 1989, and grew up there. He is the son of rapper and entrepreneur Master P and former artist Sonya C. He was born in Los Angeles, California. The rapper C-Murder and the rapper Silkk the Shocker are his uncles; he is also the cousin of the producer, singer, and rapper Mo B. Dick; and he is the brother of the singer and actress Cymphonique Miller. Romeo got signed to No Limit’s subsidiary label Soulja Music Entertainment when he was five years old after writing a rap letter to his father and submitting it to the label.
