Romeo Santos is about to become a father for the fourth time. He made the announcement in an unusual way, with the music video for his latest single, Solo Conmigo. In the song video, Santos is shown caressing his partner’s baby belly. The lyrics of the song state:
“I can’t change the past or who came before me. As the saying goes, he who laughs last laughs best. Although others could see your body, only I could see your soul. You squandered feelings, no one understood you, and there were a lot of footsteps on your bed. But my hand was the one that sealed your heart.”
Santos has always preferred to keep his personal life private, but he recently posted a video of an ultrasound, implying that he and his girlfriend were expecting a child.

According to reports, Romeo’s oldest child, Alex, was born in 2002. Santos has never revealed Alex’s mother’s name. Romeo has stated numerous times that he struggled to be the best parent he could be, and he remarked on The Breakfast Club that he was still a child when his first son was born.
He claimed that he had no romantic relationships and that everything happened by chance. He continued, saying:
“Alex and I have had a wonderful friendship for over a decade. You must always be available to your children. My job keeps me very busy, and sometimes I try to balance both and end up working more. I’m a much better person now than I was before.”
Valentino Santos

“I realize that some people want to see more, but that is something that I determine, and when my children desire, they will have the opportunity to go out and introduce themselves. Before revealing his identity, I questioned my oldest son. Alex made the decision.”
