Ryan Reynolds Revealed That He Hates All Of His Tattoos

Ryan Reynolds

Canadian actor, producer, and businessman Ryan Reynolds are well-known for his roles in the movies Deadpool, Green Lantern, and Pokémon: Detective Pikachu.

Reynolds has tattoos all over his body, despite saying in a 2015 interview with The New Yorker that he despises getting inked.

Reynolds and his body art

On both his right leg and wrist, Reynolds has tattoos. A cannon tattoo is visible on the actor’s left wrist. The Nine O’clock Cannon, a cannon that is situated in his native Vancouver, Canada, is fired each day at 9 o’clock. Another tattoo on the left wrist of the 44-year-old actor has a profound meaning. On the inside of his wrist is his second tattoo, “Know Thyself.”

To keep himself grounded and remember who he is when the cameras are off, Reynolds completed it. The Deadpool star has additional tattoos on his right leg in addition to the ones on his wrists.

While on vacation with his wife, fellow actress Blake Lively, and friend, singer Taylor Swift, Reynolds was spotted sporting leg tattoos. On his thigh, there are several phrases written along with a playing card marked “6 of Hearts.” The last tattoo on Reynolds’ leg is a dance-related remark in a British typeface, located close to his calf.

After his unexpected appearance in Hobbs & Shaw, Johnson posted a selfie on Instagram with Reynolds. In the video, both actors can be seen sitting next to each other and removing their shirts from their necks to reveal their tattoos. Reynolds has fake tattoos; Johnson has real ones.

Reynolds made light of the situation in his post by joking that he felt let down. While the two stars’ conversation went on, Johnson commented on the article.
He jokingly remarked that Reynolds would appear cool and appealing if he lifted his shirt to reveal the tattoo, but that wasn’t the case for him.

The actor acknowledged in a conversation with The New Yorker that he hates every tattoo he has. He concealed his “Know Thyself” tattoo on the inside of his left wrist throughout the interview. He stated that tattoos like the six hearts card on his thigh made sense in movies like the gambling drama Mississippi Grind.

The actor added that the “hours and hours of horrific anguish” are the only thing holding him back from having his tattoos erased. Additionally, he said that his wife Lively had counseled him to keep the tattoos as a reminder of his choices. Reynolds also asserted that it may take three hours to cover up his tattoos using makeup.
