In 2018, Volin and Evans started dating. Throughout their relationship, Evans frequently turned to Instagram to talk to his partner about his life. In February 2020, Evans posted an Instagram picture of him and his partner. He mentioned spending his second Valentine’s Day with Volin in the caption.
It was the longest time he had ever spent with somebody, he added. “Happy Valentine’s Day to the only person with whom I have celebrated the holiday twice in a row. Zachvolin, you are my favorite! Sadly, their relationship didn’t last long, and he said that they broke up in April of the same year.
He made the announcement during an interview with New Now Next. Evans noted that there was no bad blood between them, adding, “As a side note, we truly split up a few weeks ago, but it wasn’t a horrific breakup.”
The actor made the implication that the epidemic played a role in why he and his partner ended their relationship, however he did not go into further detail.
Who was the former partner of Scott Evans?
Since April 2020, Volin has held the position of senior associate at the advertising agency Matterkind. He holds a degree from Utah State University. Volin previously held a position with Cadreon as an associate. Additionally, he has held account management positions with Monumetric and eBay Advertising as a programmatic account manager.
Coming Out and Being Gay
Chris Evans, Evans’ brother, revealed his brother’s homosexuality in an interview with Advocate, bringing it to public attention. “Yes, I have a sibling who is gay. In favor of homosexuals, I say. When speaking with We Love Soaps about the incident, Evans was open and honest. He claimed that even though his brother faced harsh criticism for publicly outing him, he didn’t mind.
Even though it wasn’t well known, he had never hidden the fact that he was gay. Since he came out when he was just 19 years old, many close to him had known that he was gay for a very long time.
Evans added that his brother immediately apologized for accidentally disclosing the information and that he had not intended to do so. Evans, though, recalled that it wasn’t a concern for him because he saw it as an integral part of himself and wasn’t afraid to put himself out there.
He expressed his gratitude for the same reason, noting that other celebrities who achieved fame early on were afraid to come out. He was honest about his sexuality before he started performing and didn’t see a need to hide it for the sake of the career.
