On Friday, January 20, 2023, Shay Mooney and his wife Hannan Billingsley announced the birth of their third child, Abram Shay, on social media.
In a video posted on both Billingsley and Mooney’s Instagram pages, the singer can be seen singing to their newborn son. Hannah’s Instagram account confirmed Abram’s birth date as January 17, 2023, with the caption:
“The first song dedicated to the family’s newest member… Abram Shay, you are adored and prayed for. “Thank you for everything God has done for us this week (1/17/23).”
In his post, the Grammy winner stated:
“To say I’m grateful is an understatement.”

Mooney’s wife, Hannah Billingsley, is a former beauty pageant competitor who has competed in Miss Arkansas USA and Miss USA, as previously stated. She has crowned Miss Arkansas USA on January 6, 2013. She won the competition and went on to compete in the Miss USA pageant the following year.
Hannah is from Franklin, Arkansas, and according to her Pageant Update profile, she has been involved in several organizations and charitable activities. The biography goes on:
“She has given more than $10,000 to charities including the Be Her Freedom campaign, Habitat for Humanity, and Shoebox Ministries.”
According to her Miss USA 2013 profile, Hannah aggressively collected donations for the Children’s Miracle Network and also made hats for Arkansas Children’s Hospital. She received the Miracle Maker Award in 2012, and she has worked with organizations such as Feeding Arkansas Kids and the Backpack Program to help end child hunger.
