December of last year marked Sherri Keefer’s disappearance. On December 1, 2022, early in the morning, she was last seen strolling down California Avenue in the Brighton Heights neighborhood, close to the 3600 blocks.
Even with the extended search, the authorities were unable to find her. Nearly all of the security footage from the location where Keefer vanished was examined.

On Sunday night, March 5, Sherri Keefer, a resident of Robinson Township, who had been missing since late December, was found dead. The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office (8 March) confirmed the revelation on Wednesday.
As previously stated, Sherri Keefer was last seen taking a leisurely stroll along California Avenue, which is located in the 3600 blocks of Brighton Heights.
In a statement, the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office stated that the victim, 60, was found dead on the 4400 block of Ohio River Boulevard in Bellevue.
Regarding Sherri’s passing, no formal information has been provided. It seems that the medical staff is looking into the matter to ascertain what caused Sherri Keefer to pass away. So let’s observe and wait.
The reason and manner of the 60-year-old’s death will be disclosed in a report from the medical examiner’s office, according to the Pittsburgh Police Department.

Sherri Keefer’s Absence and Enquiries
All security footage from at least one neighboring place where Sherri went missing was examined by police.
In one of the videos, two women are seen strolling hand in hand while carrying coffee cups; one of them is wearing a purple coat that seems similar to the one that Sherri was purportedly wearing when she disappeared, according to the Police.
Pittsburgh Public Safety confirmed WPXI that Keefer was not the woman wearing the purple coat when they contacted them regarding the video.
Channel 11 extended the search for Sherri Keefer. Channel 11 went to California Avenue and talked to a number of people who worked there as well as onlookers. There were flyers posted on windows and a few poles requesting assistance in finding Keefer. No one mentioned having previously seen Keefer.
I really hope she’s alright. The proprietor of Pops & Son Pizza, Francis Beerhalter, stated, “Anything could happen, but this area is fine.”
Concerns regarding Keefer’s wellbeing have been expressed in letters to Channel 11 by a large number of her friends. They tell us Keefer is a wife and mother.
