Books and literature, according to Stormzy,
“sparked a lifelong journey with words and writing” that has led him to the top of the charts.
“I’m thrilled to share this enthusiasm at the Hay Festival, honor our outstanding #MerkyBooks authors, and encourage the next generation of storytellers,” he stated.
He will celebrate five years of his book imprint at a special event, while Dua Lipa will record a live episode of her podcast, At Your Service, with Booker Prize winner Douglas Stuart.
Also, The Proclaimers and Judi Jackson are scheduled to perform at the festival.
