At first, she had a hard time convincing her parents to let her participate in the Olympics since she was pleading with her father and his wife, Mieko Brown. Her parents eventually consented to allow her to compete in the Olympics. She is representing the country of her father.

Although she is too young to be in a relationship, she is single and has never been in one. She only cares about having fun and pursuing a skateboarding career.
She is mostly focused on games and athletics to help her develop at this age and has little time for a romantic relationship. She started skating when she was three years old, and she has been surfing ever since.
