Danielle Olivera and her cook partner Robert Sieber’s two-and-a-half-year relationship has come to an end. In an interview with E!, the former revealed that they split up in November and have “no resentment” towards each other, adding that dating someone who had to travel a lot for his job was difficult for her.
Both have photos of each other on their Instagram feeds. Robert Sieber, 33, is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio. He is the executive chef at The Snow Lodge, a new restaurant at the St. Regis Aspen Ranch.

In 2021, Robert Sieber was last seen on Summer House in the episode Creep Me Maybe. He owns an Aspen restaurant but lives in Montauk because of his job at The Snow Lodge. He currently splits his time between New York and Aspen. Sieber used to work at the All Day Café and Lounge at the Breakers Montauk.
The chef, who began actively pursuing his interest late in life, has even prepared alongside famous chef David Cook, who taught him and influenced him a lot about Asian cuisine. His four siblings are Jacob, Matthew, Michael, and Steven Sieber. Robert Sieber’s educational background is currently unknown.

Danielle Olivera reportedly turned down Robert Sieber’s advances in July 2020. Three weeks later, before filming Pandemic House, she finally met him in person. The reality star initially refused to date him because she had “a lot going on” in her life, but Sieber persisted. After courting for a while, Olivera moved to Charleston to be with Sieber, but due to the latter’s job obligations, had to relocate to New York. In a July 2022 interview, she stated about her relationship:
“We have such a strong equilibrium that it never feels public — because if it does, you may act in the relationship in ways that aren’t true to the relationship.”
Olivera was last seen with Sieber in October 2022 at BravoCon. Danielle stated in a recent interview with E! :
“It was simply not working. It stinks because no one is hostile. It’s just a shame we couldn’t come to an agreement.”
Despite their split, Danielle Olivera described Sieber as a wonderful man whom she admires and respects. The Summer House performer, on the other hand, was “unhappy” in her partnership because they couldn’t handle their jobs, which wasn’t an issue during the COVID-19 outbreak. She continued, saying:
“I really enjoyed spending a lot of time with him, and he’s a cook, and dating a chef, in general, is tough, but dating a chef who travels for his work is exhausting. And I’m not the easiest person to work with. Those two things simply did not work out because I have high expectations.”
Following their split, the reality star revealed that she is relying on her Summer House co-stars and friends Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke. She complimented them during the conversation, saying:
“Even in the case of Robert, they have always come through for me. It’s a lot, and it really demonstrated how I felt about each of them, and I now know there are bonds there.”
