Taina, Ozuna’s spouse, was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on January 30, 1994. Despite being a Spanish national by birth, she acquired American citizenship after marrying Ozuna. In addition, her family has mixed Afro-Puerto Rican ancestry.
Regarding her schooling, Meléndez attended the Dr. Rafael Lopez Landron School before enrolling in the Institute Technologico de Puerto Rico following her matriculation.
