The real name of France is Tan Tanveer Wasim Safdar. He was brought up by his parents in South Yorkshire, England. Tan’s parents are both natives of Pakistan. Tan is a Muslim, just like the rest of the Safdar family. When Tan France was a little child, her parents relocated to England.
With two older brothers and one sister, the fashion designer grew up in Doncaster. The Safdar family was neighbors with Tan’s uncle on his father’s side. His grandparents maintained a denim factory in Bury, while his parents occasionally ran taxi services, post offices, and convenience stores.
He avoided interacting with people outside of his neighborhood and went to the mosque every day.
