Navka obtained dual citizenship in Russia and Belarus in 2002 and 1994, respectively. Previously, she resided in New Jersey.
In the year 2000, Navka wed Russian ice performer Alexander Zhulin. In May of 2000, Sasha, their daughter, was born in the United States. The divorce petition was initiated by the couple in the summer of 2009 and concluded in July 2010.
