Taylor HeIse’s Boyfriend: Who Is He?

Taylor Heise has not revealed the identity of her partner if she has one. The photographs on the University of Minnesota hockey player’s Instagram account are of her playing with her teammates. Heise has kept her dating life hidden from the outside public. There’s a good chance the 23-year-old is dating, but Taylor may not be ready to expose her romance to the public just yet.

Taylor, on the other hand, could be unmarried and juggling her academic and athletic careers at Minnesota. Taylor, a Red Wing Senior High School graduate, enrolled at Minnesota in 2018 and will graduate in 2022 with a degree in kinesiology and sports marketing. In high school, the forward was already a standout, having been selected All-USA Girls Hockey Player of the Year in 2018.

She also won gold medals with the US Women’s National Under-18 team in 2018, 2017, and 2016. Taylor was named WCHA Player of the Year in her last season, 2021, and received the Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award. After graduation, she resumed her athletic career in Minnesota, where she was voted WCHA Forward of the Year last season.

Earlier this year, she became the ninth Gopher to reach the 2000-point barrier. Heise played in her 169th career game in February, setting a new program record. As a result, the lady has been quite active since her late adolescence, receiving medals and accolades left and right. Heise hasn’t revealed the identity of her partner yet, but we might see her with him one day.

Taylor Heise’s Parents: Amy and Tony Heise

Taylor’s parents, Amy and Tony Heise, are both former NCAA basketball players. Tony and Amy Heise were basketball players at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, where Tony graduated in 1991. The parents were surprised when their only daughter indicated an interest in hockey rather than basketball.

Taylor told her parents she wanted to play hockey when she was in first grade. They may have thought that their passion for the sport would fade with time, but it has only grown stronger. The family resided in Lake City, Minnesota, and they lacked a hockey team. Long car travels to Red Wing for Taylor’s youth hockey meant long car rides for Amy and Tony, and when she enrolled, it meant four days a week to and from the Twin Cities.

Heise admitted in an interview that being apart from her family was difficult for her because she had always been a homebody. During an interview with CBS News, Heise stated that if she were to attend USA Hockey’s training camp, she would cry. Taylor’s younger brothers are Nathan and Ryan. Her two brothers, both basketball players, are following in their parents’ footsteps.

Nathan is a University of Northern Iowa 6’4 guard. In his first year, Nate got the MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award and was named to the Honor Roll. He averaged 8.1 points per game and scored 276 points in 32 games. Nathan’s second season was cut short after only two games due to a season-ending hand injury. On Instagram, he goes by the handle @nateheise0.

Taylor’s younger brother, Ryan Heise, has just committed to Upper Iowa University. Ryan, the family’s youngest member, stands an impressive 6’9″ and plays forward. She graduated from Lake City High School, where as a senior he averaged 9.6 points per game, earning him a berth on the HVL All-Conference team.
