The artist hasn’t publicly declared his romantic life as of yet. He does, however, appear in a number of media images with his female acquaintances.
On his Instagram account, tevincampbell, Trevin has 124k followers and 135 posts, and he frequently posts images of himself with female pals.
Without officially addressing anything, the singer lived with rumors about his sexuality for years, mostly starting when he was a child and continuing into his adolescence and young adult years.

On a People Everyday podcast episode that debuted on Thursday, Campbell talked about who he is.
The musician, now 45, came out to his family and close friends when he was 19 or 20, but he didn’t come out to the general public until this year. Earlier this year, he made a sexual allusion on Twitter by posting “Tevin is” and using a rainbow emoji.
In the late 1990s, he came out to his loved ones and ended his recording career.
According to sources, the singer claimed that being gay in R&B at the time of his greatest musical success in the early 1990s wasn’t a good idea. However, Black LGBTQ artists like Lil Nas X and Frank Ocean have paved the way.
