Thatikonda One of the eight people murdered in a shooting at a Texas mall on May 15 was Aishwarya Reddy, a 27-year-old Indian engineer and the daughter of a judge. Aishwarya had just finished her shopping for her birthday on May 18 and was getting ready when the filming started.
She was shot first, then her buddy, who was transported to the hospital for treatment, according to her family in Texas. She was anxiously anticipating her birthday after working hard to accomplish her ambition of settling in the US with a respectable career.
She was thrilled to finally have a reason to rejoice. In addition, she informed her family of the social media-distributed plans for a large gathering of Indian students at the mall. She was warm-hearted, according to her family, but a gunman took her life suddenly.
The family dwells in Hyderabad’s Saroornagar district. Aishwarya moved to the US to further her education four and a half years ago. She earned an MS in Civil Engineering and began working two years later.

Aishwarya was born in India to T Narsi Reddy, her father, and her mother Aruna. At the Special Court for Trial and Disposition of Commercial Disputes, her father T Narsi Reddy serves as an Additional District Judge.
Aishwarya reported buying a birthday gift for a friend when she talked to her mother Aruna a few hours before the filming. When she watched the news of the shooting on TV, Aishwarya’s mother, who used to talk to her every day, attempted to phone her but got no answer.
To find out whether Aishwarya was safe, her frightened family members called her friends and family, but they could only obtain information after midnight. The professors knew the family since Aishwarya’s brother Srikanth attended the same institution (MVSR Engineering Institution).
The vice-principal of the institution, S.V.S. Murthy, said that at Srikanth’s wedding in April 2022, Aishwarya and her father spent a lot of time with the professors. The college intends to have a memorial service for Aishwarya. People in the community who were watching the news expressed their sympathies and prayed for her family and close friends.
