This Thursday, Bravo will air a new episode of the eighth season of Southern Charm, in which Taylor Ann Green struggles to trust Shep Rose. Taylor experienced a pregnancy scare in one of the episodes, thus the couple has been experiencing difficulties.
In the previous episode, she inquired about the status of their relationship with Shep. When she stated that he was not ready for a commitment, Shep concurred that he was not a “safe bet.” He concluded the conversation with Taylor, who appeared annoyed, by saying:
“We will cross that bridge when we reach there.”
In the meantime, rumors of problems in paradise have surfaced, but Shep and Taylor have not yet formally announced their separation.

In February 2020, Shep first referenced Taylor on social media when he tweeted a photo of her with a band’s lead singer. The first rumors of the couple’s connection arose in March, then Taylor confirmed their relationship on Instagram in May 2020.
Because they were filming Season 7 of Southern Charm throughout the aforementioned months, they had to conceal their relationship. During that season, Shep introduced Taylor to the audience for the first time.
Shep Rose acknowledged his affair with Taylor during the seventh-season reunion. Shep described their conversation in the show.
I kissed a female on the stairwell, and that was that. It was an old flame, and we were exchanging messages such as “Well, tomorrow night,” but nothing happened. That was a time of vulnerability. I had been drinking. But that is all it was, and I will go to my grave with that knowledge.”
The Southern Charm actress spoke further:
“‘Look, I loathe what occurred, and it hurt me terribly,’ she states. But I would rather remain with you. I am infatuated with you. You offer me joy.’ It was a major event that we cried.”
The duo began filming Season 8 last year and were pictured exchanging numerous Instagram love messages. They traveled to Europe in March, and Shep told US Weekly in June, just prior to the Season 8 premiere: “That was incredible.”
It was truly honeymoon season, as we had only recently begun dating. We were just doing our own thing and making each other laugh in the corner, but now she’s on the show and friends — much better friends — with everyone, so she’s thriving.”
Shep’s most recent Instagram photo with her was taken at Vero Beach, Florida, on July 10. Taylor’s final communication with him came on July 4 from the same location. In Season 8 of Southern Charm, the couple will strive to determine the future of their relationship.

In addition to the Taylor-Shep disagreement, Southern Charm Season 8 Episode 5 will highlight the fight that broke out at Venita Aspen and Madison LeCroy’s joint birthday party.
Due to the cliffhanger ending of the last episode, the following episode will detail how Venita’s birthday was ruined.
