The divorce proceedings between Sweetin and her husband Morty took more than three years to conclude. The court later granted the two equal custody of their daughter, notwithstanding Jodie’s initial request for exclusive custody of their daughter.
The newspaper at the time said the ex-spouses would divide their joint earnings and possessions evenly.
