Wendy Williams celebrated her father’s 91st birthday by uploading a couple of images of herself and Thomas Williams, Sr. on Instagram. In one scene, the actress was holding her father’s hand, and in another, they sat adjacently yet separately. In the second shot, Thomas can be seen grinning and listening to his daughter, who appears to be in a good mood. Consequently to the caption,

On February 17, she posted a five-minute video to honor her return to social media following a temporary absence due to health issues. Her new Instagram account, @therealwendywilliamsonline, which started this week, featured the photographs.
The clip was caught by her son Kevin Hunter Jr. while she was strolling on a Florida beach and discussing her mother, Shirley Williams, who will pass away in December 2020.

Thomas Williams Sr. is the father of Wendy Williams. Although he recently turned 91, little is known about his early life and career. In 1957, Thomas wed Shirley Williams, and the pair settled in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Thomas was an English instructor and school administrator, while his wife was a special education instructor. Together, they held three master’s degrees and have traveled widely over the world. The World War Z performer stated that her mother passed away peacefully and painlessly, surrounded by her affection. She thanked her for being a part of her life for the past 56 years.
