Anti-human trafficking campaigner and novelist Tim Ballard is American. He founded and ran Operation Underground Railroad (O.U.R.), a nonprofit that fights child sex trafficking. Tim is also CEO of The Nazarene Fund, which protects Middle Eastern religious and ethnic minorities.
He did a great job exposing US and international child trafficking networks. Ballard has trained hundreds of US and international law enforcement personnel on how to rescue youngsters from sex slavery. Interestingly, Jim Caviezel’s 2023 action film Sound of Freedom was influenced by Ballard’s writing.
