Football player Timothy Brown started out at Ball State College in Muncie, Indiana. In the National Football League (NFL), he had only ever played one game for the Green Bay Packers, eight seasons for the Philadelphia Eagles, and one season for the Baltimore Colts. She scored the game-winning touchdown in the NFL Championship Game in 1968, and his final contest with the Colts took place in Super Bowl III two weeks later.

He is the only Eagle to have returned two kickoffs, and the first player in Philadelphia to return a kickoff 105 yards for a score. He made his acting debut as Clint Cartwheel in the episode “The Night of the Bubbling Death” on the first episode of Season 3 of The Wild Wild West while he was still a professional player.

He has acted in movies like MASH in 1970, Sweet Sugar in 1972, Girls Are for Loving from 1973, Dynamite Brothers from 1974, Nashville from 1975, Zebra Force in 1976, and Midnight Ride in 1990. Even in the first season of M*A*S*H, he played Dr. Oliver Harmon “Spearchucker” Jones in six episodes.
