Valdir Segato Passed Away At The Age Of 55

Valdir Segato

Brazilian bodybuilder Valdir Segato passed away on his 55th birthday. He was well known for using Synthol injections to bulk up frequently.

According to the Brazilian online publication Universo Online, the TikTok sensation was pronounced dead on July 26 in Ribeiro Preto, southeast Brazil (UOL).

According to UOL, Segato reported feeling ill at home and was sent by the Brazilian Mobile Emergency Care Service to the nearby medical facility of UPA Nelson Mandela – UPA Norte (SAMU).

It is unclear whether Valdir Segato’s excessive use of Synthol injections into his muscles had any negative effects because no sources have given specific details about what caused his death.

The report might not be accurate, according to UOL News, because Segato’s body was already buried in the Bom Pastor Cemetery. He was interred a day after passing away, therefore most likely no autopsy was done.

Valdir Segato was a construction worker

Brazilian-born Valdir Segato was also known online as “Valdir Synthol” due to his frequent use of Synthol oil to produce an outlandishly overweight appearance.

Segato, who was from Sao Paulo, was allegedly employed in Ribeiro Preto as a construction worker. Segato became well-known after DailyMail UK featured him in late October 2016. In their interview, the bodybuilding enthusiast mentioned:

At the time, his biceps measured 23 inches, and he wanted to gain four inches by injecting Synthol oil. Valdir Segato previously claimed that The Incredible Hulk and Arnold Schwarzenegger had influenced him. Segato told DailyMail UK about his upbringing and how he got into the Synthol injection business. He acknowledged having used drugs in the past. Sequato said:

While through addiction treatment, Valdir Segato joined gyms but was unimpressed with the amount of muscle he gained.

To achieve that extremely massive appearance, he next started injecting Synthol oil into his biceps, pectorals, and buttocks. Segato continued receiving Synthol injections until his death, despite the fact that there was a high danger of stroke, infection, and amputation.

However, it must be underlined that the bulky appearance brought on by Synthol injections was merely cosmetic and did not actually promote muscular growth.

He was advised by doctors not to abuse Synthol oil in 2016, according to the Daily Mail UK, and they cautioned him of the risks, which included “amputation, or at the very least nerve damage and muscular distortion,” if he continued the treatment. Contrarily, Valdir Segato decided to keep administering the risky injections.

Bodybuilders frequently utilize the ingredients in this oil to produce a bulky appearance. For instance, the anesthetic lidocaine reduces the pain brought on the injections of Synthol into the muscles.

Meanwhile, the alcohol appears to contribute to the area’s sanitization and infection prevention. However, since drinking alcohol is not a surefire way to stave off infections, they could still happen. As MCT is injected deeply into the muscles, it starts to expand, giving the illusion of being bulky.

Synthol injections have the potential to cause major illnesses with long-lasting effects on the body. It could alter the appearance of the muscles. Muscular fibrosis, which can result in amputation, may also develop.
