On November 10th, 1953, Virgil was born to American parents. His mother was a dedicated homemaker while his father was a fighter.
The coach started working as soon as he was permitted to do so since his family was having financial difficulties. The boxing coach learned how to fight from his father when he was a child.
He participated in a variety of sports throughout his time at school, such as basketball and football. Virgil was a troublemaker when he was a small child. He enjoyed flaunting his fighting prowess.
In terms of his schooling, Hunter left school before receiving his diploma and started working to help his family. But his enthusiasm for boxing persisted. Hunter eventually sought a profession as a boxing trainer.

Only in 2016 did the public learn about the relationship between the boxing trainer and the American singer Keyshia Cole. Virgil and Francine Lons, a previous flame, had a daughter together named Keyshia.
In the middle of the 1970s, Hunter and Francine Lons had a brief relationship. However, the former couple split up in the 1980s. At the time, Francine was expecting Keyshia, but she kept that a secret from Virgil.
On October 15, 1981, Keyshia Myeshia Lons was born. Later, her mother’s friends Leon and Yvonne Cole adopted her.
Keyshia is Virgil Hunter’s biological daughter, however he, just discovered this in 2016. In May of the same year, the father and daughter connected. They have since made an effort to establish a relationship and a bond.
Virgil also shares a daughter named Angela with another woman. It is unknown who Angela’s real mother is.
When it comes to his connection with his daughter, Hunter has not said much. He must be near them, though. Certainty is one thing. Virgil Hunter loves his daughters dearly. Angela and Keyshia must experience the same thing.
