The parents of Elle Edwards, who sadly passed away on Christmas Eve after being shot in an open shooting, have paid heartfelt homage to their darling daughter.
The mass gunfire was allegedly not directed against the 26-year-old beautician.
An emotional homage to Elle has been offered by her parents, siblings, and other family members.
Reads, “Special Daughter, The happiness you brought in your own special way will be remembered with love each & every day,” on a heart-shaped plaque decorated with a pattern of pink and green flowers.
“To my beautiful Elle, you are the light of my life; you will never be gone,” says another letter that Edwards’ parents sent. Mama, Papa.
To her sister Elley May, the beautician wrote, “I love you forever, Lucy. You’ll be by my side no matter what. adored Lou Lucy.”
Chief Constable Serena Kennedy said her police would pursue Elle Edwards’ murderers “relentlessly.”
She spoke of her murder as a horrible and heartbreaking act that destroyed many lives and resulted in the passing of a beautiful young lady.
The untimely passing of Elle devastated and left the family inconsolable.
Just after leaving the pub, Lucy, her sister, and two friends, Meg and Jess, went for drinks. Shortly after, Lucy was shot and killed.
Just before the tragic shooting, Lucy exited the bar. According to Jess, who spoke with Sky News, when they first heard the sound of a rifle going off, they mistook it for fireworks since Christmas will be here in 10 minutes.
Everything halted, according to Jess, and that’s when they sensed that something was very wrong. When she saw her buddy on the floor with other people attempting to assist Elle, she felt numb and powerless.
To honor their sister and friend, Edwards’ sisters and her pals Jess and Meg went back to the murder site.
The Wallasey Pub Shooting Has Two Arrested Suspects
A 30-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman were taken into custody on Monday, December 26, in relation to the murder of Elle Edwards, 26, and the “cold-blooded Shooting” that occurred on Christmas Eve at a pub.
According to reports, a 30-year-old male from Tranmere was placed under arrest on Monday night on suspicion of murder and attempted murder.
In a similar vein, a 19-year-old Rock Ferry resident was detained as a second suspect on charges of arranging a homicide.
The two individuals who have been arrested will be questioned by detectives. Police are asking for further details, especially from anyone who was present at the tavern when the event happened.
Lastly, we hope the family of Elle Edwards, the victim of the Wallasey Pub Shooting, will have the fortitude to deal with the tragic death of their loved one.
