The Warrior Nun is back! Following a two-year sabbatical, the Netflix drama is set to return. Here is everything we currently know. However, before we do, here is a brief synopsis of the program.
The fantasy series Warrior Nun, starring Alba Baptista, follows Ava Silva’s life story. Ava, a paraplegic teenager who is 19 years old, awakens in a morgue one day with a heavenly artifact entombed in her spine.
Ava has incredible abilities from the artifact, including the ability to walk, but she is also drawn into the activities of The Order of the Cruciform Sword, an antiquated army that battles demons on Earth.
Warrior Nun was originally intended to be a feature film, but it was reimagined as a sitcom in 2018 after receiving a Netflix order. The first season of the program premiered in July 2020 with positive reviews. It was resumed for a second season the following month, albeit production was greatly hampered by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The wait is ended because Warrior Nun Season 2 will debut on November 10, 2022, at 3 a.m. ET (midnight PT). Although Netflix hasn’t confirmed the number of episodes, it is logical to assume that the fantasy series’ upcoming season will include 10 one-hour episodes as the previous one had.
At the end of season one of Warrior Nun, Ava learned that Adriel (William Miller) was a demon masquerading as an angel. After spending all this time at the Vatican after being mistaken for an angel by the first knights of The Order, Adriel’s true identity was revealed to Ava when he caressed her.
Ava and The Order will battle Adriel in Season 2 as the public discovers his real nature. We can expect the powers of Heaven to invade the Vatican and support The Order of the Cruciform Sword because they are up against a direct enemy.

After learning that The Order of the Cruciform Sword was founded on a lie, Ava Silva and the other sisters will reinterpret and give new meaning to it in Season 2. It is also noteworthy that Sister Shannon died as a result of the Sister Warriors learning of Father Vincent’s betrayal.
They might be guilty of a cardinal sin if they decided to seek revenge for the passing of their former mentor. The trailer shows Ava and the girls as being crueler and more resolute than ever as they get ready to defeat their enemies.
Ava is also seen finding a secret weapon that the first Warrior Nun employed to take down Adriel. Ava is heard accepting the challenge of making history as she gets ready to end Adriel, even though he has gained a lot of notoriety and a reputation for being invincible.
