Howard Matthew Moses Long is an American former football defensive end, actor, and sports analyst. He spent 13 seasons in the National Football League. The doctor estimated that he would be out of commission for 7 to 10 days. They had to cut the skin, which took them about 15-20 minutes, and he needed three sutures.
