On December 23, 2006, somewhere in the afternoon, it happened. He then killed Ryan’s girlfriend Heather by shooting her as she sat on the couch in the adjacent room. Because the father-son team didn’t want any witnesses, Richie allegedly killed her. After the shooting, Richie and his father also seized some weapons and a computer from the site.
The most widely circulated Ryan story is that Waller was shot twice in the head but was still alive when the Phoenix Police Department arrived at Ryan’s home sometime after the incident.
