Jessica Audrey Wallis passed away while she was sleeping. She was the wife of Canadian YouTuber Steve Wallis, who runs the “Camping with Steve” channel. Steve recently released a video in which he announced the “devastating” death of his wife.
Steve Wallis uploaded a video that he described as “the hardest video he’s ever had to film” in late August 2022. He said in the video:
“I’m just going to take my time and pour out my heart here.” On Saturday, my lovely wife and I retired to bed; on Sunday, only I awoke. It’s been an absolute shock for the last, I don’t know how many days.”
Wallis claimed he wasn’t exaggerating when he praised his wife. “They say this about everyone who dies: that there was no one else like them; that they made everyone smile,” Steve continued. “But she was the real deal, and anyone who knows her will tell you that.”
Wallis began his video with a heartbreaking sentence, stating that he and his wife went to bed together on Saturday night and only he awoke on Sunday morning. The YouTuber, on the other hand, broke the terrible news with a trembling voice and teary eyes.
Twitter has already flooded Steve and his family with condolences, urging them to persevere in the face of such tragedy and to have hope for the future. However, the influencer appeared to be depressed as a result of the recent tragedy.
