Wayne Jenkins, a retired police sergeant from Baltimore, is married to Kristy Jenkins.

Since her husband was arrested and his case was put on trial, she has not been in public.

High school sweethearts Kristy and Wayne later got married. The marriage was blissful up until Jenkins was imprisoned.

He was first accused of racketeering, helping and abetting, racketeering, two charges of robbery, aiding and abetting, and two counts of possessing a firearm in furtherance of a violent crime.

According to Newsweek, he was later charged with deprivation of rights under color of law and destruction, modification, or falsification of records in federal investigations.
