According to the reports, Tim appeared in his customary position on a well-known set and said to the audience that he was working on a “exciting new project” without seeming very excited about it.
Tim joins Sid Seixeiro, who departed the program two years ago, as a former host. Fans may still see him on Sportsnet Central, his forthcoming program.
Along with leaving & Friend, Micallef also disclosed that he would be joining Sportsnet Central, the network’s premier show, at the start of the Stanley Cup playoffs next month.
In a similar vein, he also informed his audience that he would be going to an exciting new project on Sportsnet Central in a little more than two weeks, where he promised that they would try to keep doing extremely outstanding work.

Before the Toronto Blue Jays home opener on April 11, he claimed, the last Tim & Friends program would air. The “next incarnation” of Micallef’s work will start on April 17.

He co-hosted Tim and Sid from July 2015 to March 2021, and as of March 2021, he has become Tim and Friends’ host.
