This week’s episode of American Idol season 21 will feature a variety of performers who will demonstrate their abilities in order to advance in the competition. Alessandra Aguirre, originally from Peru, is one of the candidates set to appear on the show on Sunday.
The following is a synopsis for the upcoming episode:
“Candidates try out for the judges in New Orleans, Las Vegas, and Nashville.”
Welcome, Alessandra Aguirre, who will compete on Season 21 of American Idol
Alessandra Aguirre, the future American Idol season 21 contestant, currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts, but was born and raised in Peru. The vocalist is a Berklee College of Music student who has been pursuing a degree in music performance since 2020 and will graduate in 2024. In addition to her degree, she is studying music management and music creation while in college.
Alessandra is no novice to singing in front of an audience, as she does shows and concerts on a regular basis, including one of her most recent performances on January 18, 2023, at the Tierra Baldia Cultural Association, which she describes as a night of laughing, music, joy, and love. She posted about her experience on Facebook, thanking everyone who came and those who offered her unwavering support.
She continued, saying:
“A night of laughter, music, games, and love.” Thank you to everyone who came to see this incredible performance, including my family, relatives, neighbors, special performers, and admirers… I am eternally grateful to each of you. Thank you for your unwavering support over the years, as well as your encouraging comments.”
The American Idol season 21 contestant recently released her debut album, Call Out My Name, which featured four songs: Inform Me, Leave Baby Please, Every Day, and Call Out My Name. After the success of her single “Every time,” Alessandra has recently featured on Elcomercio.pe. Alessandra mentioned during the conversation that she is already planning additional drops for Moncho Berry as part of an EP.
She stated,
“I already have more tracks written in both Spanish and English.”
She also talked about her single, Every Day, which has a video set in the 1970s. Her inspiration for the song was always “vintage,” she explained. The American Idol season 21 song is inspired by and pays homage to musicians such as Queen, Pink Floyd, and Michael Jackson. Her songs have been described as “disco and groove with a contemporary twist” by a former Peruvian Got Talent contestant.
She continued, saying:
“The base propels the entire rhythm, which is infused with some computerized subtleties. Because I listen to a wide range of music, it has always been difficult for me to identify with a specific genre. I enjoy going on adventures.”
