On April 17, 1981, Dewayne Turrentine, Jr. was born in the United States of America. He will therefore turn 41 in 2022. Although little is known about his early years, his social media accounts revealed that he and his parents led respectable lives as they grew up.
Additionally, he had a strong interest in music from a young age and had even begun practicing on his grandmother’s piano at a young age. He posted a picture of himself playing the piano as a child on social media with the remark, “Just a Dena kid with a dream. #GoldenChild #GrandmasPiano #Dena.”

Although there isn’t much information on Turrentine’s mother, we do learn that he is incredibly proud to be the son of his angel mother.

Turrentine Contributed Music to Quo: What Is Quo?
Quo was a hip-hop combo made up of Australians and Americans that split up after only two years. It started in 1993. Turrentine gained prominence as a composer on the album Quo and collaborated with his friend Wade Robson in this hip-hop ensemble.
Following the formation of the group, Quo releases three singles under the names Huh What, Blowin’ Up, and Quo Funk. These 3 were followed by Blowin’ UP, a hip-hop hit that appeared on the charts for both Hot Rap Songs and Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs.
Even though the band was short-lived, Dewayne developed a strong reputation as a talented musician thanks to Quo. After the Hip-hop group disbanded, Dewayne pursued a career in acting and modeling and found enormous success.
The 2006 film Waist Deep, in which the 41-year-old Quo composer played the part of Syco Smoov, marked his acting debut. That, seven years after his debut, he played Scott in the 13 episodes of the television series Almost Home. He played Tempted by Satan later.
It appears that his entire professional career culminated between these television series in which he appeared. He worked as a music composer for Almost Home where he created the show’s theme music. He also wrote the theme song for the 2015 television show Surviving.
Similarly to that, he worked as a co-executive producer on the pre-production of Tempted by Satan.
Turrentine has been blissfully wed to American actress Reagan since 1999. The wedding took place on November 10, 1999. The future husband and wife dated for four years before getting married. Both of them were still teenagers when their relationship first began.
They have been together for 23 years as of 2022, and their relationship as husband and wife is still going strong. On their respective social media accounts, they both continue to share one another. On May 8, 2022, in honor of Mother’s Day, Dewayne shared a picture of his lovely wife on Instagram. He noted:
