Born in Sydney, Australia, Hannah Conda is currently a full-time drag performer. When she was younger, she was oblivious to the drag world. She was born to parents who ran the Castle Hotel and spent the majority of her time occupied.

Moreover, she spent the entire day doing schooling. Hannah discovered drag as a viable profession at age 18 She pursued her love despite being aware that the drag business was frowned upon at the time.

She began as a drag performer in OutInPerth in 2012 and has since become the most popular drag queen. Moreover, she remained the “most popular” for the following two years.

In 2016, the Drag Race Down Under contestant finally rose to popularity after winning two awards at the Drag Industry Variety Awards: Rising Star and Entertainer of the Year (DIVAs).

She persisted to pursue her interests despite obtaining numerous awards and recognitions. Hannah has performed at multiple Sydney Mardi Gras events and served as the opening act for Bianca Del Rio’s Australian tour.

The drag queen has been a co-founder of Drag Storytime since 2016, in addition to her participation in concerts and events. It attempts to educate young people about drag culture by having drag queens read to them in drag.

This is intended to teach children about inclusion, acceptance, and love, as well as to inspire them to dream big and use their imaginations.

Hannah Conda also shared her unique viewpoint on how drag culture has evolved since she won the Perth drag competition for the first time. During an interview with Perth Now, she disclosed:

It is both a blessing and a curse. I suppose this is because it has been so underground and illegal for so long. I believe that many modern goods have not aged well.

The second season of Drag Race Down Under will launch exclusively on WOW Presents Plus, Stan, and TVNZ On Demand on July 30.
