What transpired on Bachelor in Paradise Season 8 Episode 11?
The episode’s description reads as follows:
There are many newbies in Paradise who are eager to put on the charm and ratchet up the heat. When these young men hand out date cards, more than one couple will be left in complete awe. Other relationships on the beach will be put to the test; will they be able to work things out or will the mixed signals spell the end for the troubled pairs?
This week on Bachelor in Paradise, Hayden asked Kate out on a date using his date card. Despite Logan’s best efforts to convince Kate otherwise, he preferred that she develop her connection on Paradise Beach. Given her injury, Kate agreed to go out with Hayden.
Although Kate was concerned about Hayden’s aversion to the activity, the two went ziplining. On their date, Hayden revealed to Kate how he had shelled out a significant sum of money to save his dog from a brain tumor. Kate was surprised by this because she thought his priorities were off. Kate admitted that her home was not particularly wealthy.
She was shocked to hear Hayden accuse Gabby and Rachel of not being serious while they were on the show. She began to respect her previous relationship and understood why Logan had such conflicting emotions for Hayden.
When Hayden came and told the other cast members about his embarrassing meeting with The Bachelorette, Logan did not perceive him as a threat. Later, Hayden insisted that he was merely alluding to the fact that he has dated more serious women than Gabby when he called her “rough around the edges.”
He then asserted that he could not properly remember the incident because he was having fun with other males when he referenced his ex’s appearance. Kate thought she had made a big mistake by showing up that day since she couldn’t believe what Hayden was saying.
