The accusations made against Reedus, in the words of his lawyer Isabelle Kirschner, were ‘baseless’ and backed up by ‘no reliable proof,’ she told DailyMail.com.
According to the New York Daily News, Mingus said that he “threw his arm out” in self-defense that day and unintentionally struck the woman.

Christensen and INXS vocalist Michael Hutchence dated and lived together for five years during the beginning of the 1990s, intermittently in France and Denmark.
Her five-year relationship with actor Norman Reedus resulted in the birth of their son in October 1999. In 2003, Christensen and Reedus were divorced.
Later, she dated Interpol singer Paul Banks for seven years.
