ET/PT, the program’s first season will air on the CW for the first time. He will judge the magic performances of the famous contenders on the show alongside Criss Angel and Loni Love. The following is a summary of the program:
The three judges on the panel are master magician Lance Burton, comedian Loni Love, and television personality Criss Angel (of “Criss Angel MINDFREAK,” “AMYSTIKA,” and “RAW” fame). The celebrity participants are given the challenge of studying three different types of magic.

The magician Lance Burton was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He wasss regarded by his contemporaries as the greatest stage magician of the previous century.
In addition, he performed at more than 15,000 Las Vegas events for more than 5,000,000 spectators until retiring in 2010. Burton’s mother took him to a Christmas dinner where magician Harry Collins was performing when he was five years old.
While there, he offered to perform in Collins’ magic show The Miser’s Dream, in which Burton’s ears were filled with silver dollars. Upon learning of his interest, a neighbor gave him a copy of Magic Made Easy that her own (by this point grown) children had used. It included ten different techniques, which Burton quickly grasped. His first performances cost one cent each and were for neighborhood children.
When Burton was in his teen years, Collins became his mentor. Under the direction and tutelage of the latter, Burton picked up “the basics and techniques of performing sleight-of-hand, as well as the proper way to manipulate playing cards.”
Burton dedicated a substantial portion of his academic career to perfecting the art of deception. Furthermore, he has earned the moniker “A Magician’s Magician” for his extraordinary mastery of this profession.
Burton won his first contest as a junior magician at a conference in 1977. He was a young magician. In 1980, he became the first winner of the renowned Gold Medal for Excellence from the International Brotherhood of Magicians.
He won the Grand Prix on July 10, 1982, becoming the World Champion Magician. The magician has also won several accolades and honors throughout his career.
On May 12, 1994, Master Magician Lee Grabel granted Lance Burton the honor of passing the “Mantle of Magic” to him, making Lance a new member of The Royal Dynasty of Magic. He moved to Southern California and Bill and Milt Larsen soon engaged him for their annual It’s Magic show.
