She rose to prominence as a 17-year-old vocalist who won New Wave, a global singing competition aimed at showcasing and promoting new talent, in 2014.

She has also previously competed in Georgia’s Eurovision Song Contest, with her demo composition White Horses Run. Buzaladze spoke to Wiwibloggs in 2016 about her singing career and her time on Georgia’s Got Talent, revealing that her first television show was Your Face Appears Similar when she was 16 years old. She went on to say:

“It was such a significant event for me, and then I won the New Wave prize, which was a huge triumph for me.”

Buzaladze continued, saying:

“I didn’t tell anyone, and it surprised them so much that they were stunned.”
