In the most recent episode, Paul Damico conducted an undercover operation at Round Table Pizza, his former restaurant. Restaurant CEOs and owners are followed by Undercover Boss as they pose as employees to evaluate how their staff members perform and where they are making mistakes. Participants in the program must also conduct a covert inspection of their prior businesses.

In the retail industry, Paul Damico is well recognized for the success of various restaurants. The acclaimed chef received his diploma from Comsewogue Senior High School in 1982. His enrollment at Johnson & Wales University came later. Damico graduated with a bachelor’s in science before concentrating on institutional, hotel, and restaurant management.
In 1986, Paul started working for himself as the vice president of the division of international concept development at HMS Host. After working there for 12 years and increasing the company’s reach from 20 to 75 branded connections, he made the switch to FoodBrand LLC in 1999.
The restaurateur contributed to the growth of about 100 restaurants as a co-founder. Additionally, in 2008, he was elected President of Moe’s Southwest Grill. Paul worked at the restaurant for six years before winning the 2015 Restaurateur of the Year honor from the Georgia Restaurant Association.
Later, he began working with organizations like FOCUS Brands, helping to enhance the customer experience and sales at various culinary establishments.
Additionally, Damico has greatly expanded the company’s scope since taking over as CEO of Round Table Pizza in April 2020. The well-known restaurateur was appointed CEO of his current Fuzzy’s Taco Shop restaurant company in August 2021.
The business has a prosperous history and is estimated to be worth $700,000. Additionally, he has belonged to the International Food Manufacturers Association, Women’s Food Service Forum, Share Our Strength, Illinois Restaurant Association, and Georgia Restaurant Association.
